Clinical Intern

In this role, you will gain a broad knowledge of clinical practices and client care management. You will achieve this by providing individual and group counseling services, conducting comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessments, obtaining regular supervision to enhance your professional growth, responding to crises with appropriate intervention, and developing tailored behavioral interventions and treatment plans to support client progress.

Student Requirements

To be eligible for a North Dakota State Government Stipend Student Internship, a student:Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical program in the United States, andMust be at least of sophomore standing by the beginning of the internship (or must have completed the first year of a vocational/technical program by the beginning of the internship), andMust have a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.Must be working in an internship that aligns with the student's academic major or career goals.
