Registered LaMoure county. Born, Litchville, N. Dak., Dec. 11, 1895, of Norwegian parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at LaMoure on Sept. 20, 1917. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company L, 352nd Infantry, to (date not given); Company I, 348th Infantry, to death.
