Registered Benson county. Born, Murdock, Minn., June 23, 1894, of Norwegian-American parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Minnewaukan on June 27, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Ambulance Company No. 352, 313th Sanitary Train, to death. Overseas from Aug. 17, 1918, to death. Engagement: Defensive Sector: Center (Alsace).
