Served in Company G, 313th Ammunition Train, to May 16, 1918; Company K, 357th Infantry, to death. Grade: Private 1st Class, Aug. 1, 1918. Overseas from June 20, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel; Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Puvenelle and Villers-en-Haye (Lorraine).
