Circumstances:
Was due for discharge when he was on the USS Lyman stationed off San Francisco Bay. The Whale-boat that left Potrero Point to return the sailors to the USS Lyman capsized about a mile from the berth in heavy winds on October 30, 1945. Henry's body was recovered on November 9th.
