Registered Cass county. Born, Rockeby, Sweden, Sept. 6, 1890. Citizenship, alien. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Minneapolis, Minn., on April 6, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company F, 2nd Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to May 15, 1918; 359th Infantry, 90th Division, to death. Overseas from June 20, 1918, to Sept. 13, 1918. Engagements: Offensives: St. Mihiel. Defensive Sector: Villers-en-Haye (Lorraine).
