Served in Training Detachment, to Aug. 12, 1918; Casual Company, 2nd Provisional Regiment, Ordnance Training Camp, Camp Hancock, Ga., to Sept. 2, 1918; 3rd Casual Company, 2nd Provisional Regiment, Ordnance Training Camp, Camp Hancock, Ga., to Sept. 14, 1918; 12th Casual Company, 1st Provisional Regiment, Ordnance Training Camp, to Sept. 18, 1918; 4th Company, Ordnance Replacement Battalion, 2nd Regiment, Ordnance Training Camp, to death. Overseas from Oct. 5, 1918, to death.
