Biography:

Myron Clae Biberdorf was born in Willow City, North Dakota on May 19, 1927 to Bernhard ("Ben") Biberdorf and Elsie Liebelt. He went to school for grades 1-8. Myron's nickname was buzzer and he served in the Navy during World War II. He entered the service at Bottineau, ND on 07 Feb 1945.  After training in Minnesota, Illinois and California, he was stationed aboard the USS Megrez AK-126 in the Asiatic Pacific theater.  He died in service aboard that ship, on 26 Dec 1945, near Japan.  He was first buried in Yokohama Japan at the USAF Cemetery, then re-interred at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota. He is buried in Section C, Block 24, Grave 13835.
