Circumstances:
Sgt McNeill died at the 96th Army Evacuation Hospital in Da Nang from injuries sustained on August 3 when the vehicle in which he was a passenger was involved in an accident.
The driver tried to avoid hitting a Vietnamese on a bicycle and collied with an ARVN truck on Hwy 1, in Que Son District Quang Nam Province.
Biography:
Ronald, the son of Charles W. McNeill and Rose M. McNeill of Mott ND, the husband of Beverly E. McNeill and the father of Barry L. McNeill of Bismarck ND.
He is buried in Section 3S, Lot 11, Grave 1 in Sunny Slope Cemetery - Mott, ND.
