The Fargo VA Health Care System has awarded a lease at a new site for its Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Grafton, N.D.
The approximately 3,000 square-foot space, located at 1215 11th Street West, Grafton, N.D., is expected to be ready for occupancy by April of 2017. The contract with Construction Managers, Inc., is a 10-year lease.
The clinic will feature on-site primary care as well as a variety of services through its telemedicine program. The additional space will allow for expansion of services offered at the clinic, yet to be determined. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
“Of our 10 Community Based Outpatient Clinics in North Dakota and western Minnesota, Grafton is our fastest growing clinic with a 30 percent increase in Veterans from a year ago,” said Lavonne Liversage, Fargo VA Health Care System Director. “We have expanded the services offered to Veterans since opening the current clinic, and the increase in space will allow us to more efficiently provide timely, high-quality healthcare. The Fargo VA Health Care System is always striving to improve its programs, services, and facilities because Veterans deserve only the highest level of excellence when it comes to their health and well-being.” For more information, call the Fargo VA HCS Public Affairs Office at (701) 239-3724.
