Prairie Grass Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution & University of North Dakota Army ROTC are organizing a Vietnam Veterans & Family Picnic August 26, 2017 12pm-5pm at the Grand Forks Riverside Park (1811 N 1st St, GF)
If you served our country anytime from November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of duty location, you are a Vietnam Veteran and this picnic is for you and your family. Vietnam Veteran's Lapel pins will be presented to those who have not yet received one, as well as other items. Veterans you may wear your medals, if you like! Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, chips, soft drinks, and water will be served...while supplies last. (No alcohol)
You may also want to bring lawn chairs.
