Not a registrant, under age. Born, Paynesville, Minn., Feb. 17, 1897, of American-Canadiaan parents. Occupation - garage man. Enlisted at Minneapolis, Minn., on June 4, 1918. Sent to Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Served in 15th Service Company, Signal Corps, to Aug. 12, 1918; August Automatic Replacement Draft, Fort Leavenworh, to Sept. 6, 1918; Company A, 116th Field Signal Battalion, to death. Overseas from Aug. 17, 1918, to death.
