Registered Cass county. Born, Garnich, Luxemburg, Feb. 11, 1889. Naturalized citizen. Occupation - harnessmaker. Inducted at Fargo on Sept. 4, 1918. Sent to Camp Grant, Ill. Served in 35th Company, 161st Depot Brigade, to death.
