Registered Prairie county, Mont. Born, Neche, N. Dak., Nov. 28, 1893, of Canadian parents. Occupation - bridge builder. Inducted at Terry, Mont., on June 23, 1918. Sent to Camp Lewis, Wash. Served in 21st Company, 6th Battalion, 166th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 14, 1918; Company K, 8th Infantry, to death.
