Registered Grand Forks county. Born, Detroit, Mich., Sept. 4, 1892, of American-Canadian parents. Occupation - merchant. Inducted at Grand Forks on Sept. 3, 1918. Sent to Camp Grant, Ill. Served in 53rd Depot Brigade, to death.
