Registered Bottineau county. Born, Hallstra, Sweden, June 15, 1894. Declarant citizen. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Bottineau on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 12th Company, 3rd Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 31, 1918; Company A, 77th Infantry, to death.
