CIVIL WAR VETERANS— ERECTING HEADSTONES
An Act making an appropriation to pay expenses of erecting headstones over the graves of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines of the United States War of the Rebellion.
Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota:
§ 1. Appropriation.] There is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50.00, for the biennium beginning July 1st, 1935, and ending June 30th, 1937, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for the expenses of erecting headstones over the graves of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines of the United States War of the Rebellion, as authorized under Sections 3181, 3182, 3183 and 3184 of the Compiled Laws of North Dakota for 1913.
