AN ACT Accepting from the United States and the Lands Improvements Compromising the Bismarck Indian School Plant, to be known as Fraine Barracks; and Declaring an Emergency.
Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota:
ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT.) The State of North Dakota hereby accepts from the United States of America the lans and improvements compromising the Bismarck Indian School Plant, as authorized by Public Law 502 of the 78th Congress. Which shall hereafter be known as, “Fraine Barracks,” in hone of the late Brig. Gen. John A. Fraine.
EMERGENCY.) This act is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
