AN ACT To Provide for the Compilation, Publication and Distribution of the Record of Residents of North Dakota Who Rendered Military Service on Behalf of the State, Served in the Merchant Marine, and Assisted in the Administration of the Selective Service Act During World War II.
Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota:
The Adjutant General of the State of North Dakota is hereby authorized and directed to compile, publish and distribute in accordance with such rules and regulations as he might adopt, a record of the residents, men and women, of the State of North Dakota, who rendered military service on behalf of the State, served in the Merchant Marine, and assisted in the administration of the Selective Service Act during World War II.
The Adjutant General shall have power and authority to do and perform any and all acts and things which may to him seem necessary and proper for the purpose of carrying out the terms and conditions and spirit of this act.
