A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 52-06 and a new subdivision to subsection 1 of section 52-06-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to eligibility for unemployment compensation for military spouses.
This bill would...
- Allow for unemployment benefits of a military members spouse who leaves employment voluntarily due to relocation, activation or mobilization of the military member
- Allow up to twelve weeks benefits
