A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 37-14-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the accreditation of county veterans' service officers.

Remove requirement for County Veteran Service Officers (CVSO's) to be accredited by the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers (NACVSO)
Require CVSO's and their employees to maintain a level of educational proficiency established by the ND Department of Veterans Affairs
