A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 4 of section 37-18.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the powers and duties of the administrative committee on veterans' affairs.

Update the NDCC to accurately reflect the correct name of the North Dakota Veterans Legislative Council. Formerly known as the North Dakota Veterans Coordinating Council.
This is a housekeeping bill not intended to change the intent of the law.
