Service Dogs for ND Veterans with PTSD

A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation to the department of veterans' affairs for the training of service dogs for North Dakota veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder.
This bill would...
- Provide general fund dollars for ND Department of Veterans Affairs for grants to ND Veterans receiving PTSD service dogs
- Grant would cover $12,500 or about 1/2 the cost of a service dog
