A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 3 of section 39-08-01.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the partial suspension of sentence for drug court program, mental health court program, or veterans treatment docket completion.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 3 of section 39-08-01.5 of the North Dakota Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
AN ACT Providing for furnishing veterans, or their representatives, without charge of copies of public records; exempting officers from certain accountability, repealing all acts in conflict, and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota:
AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 37-01-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the exemption of members of the national guard from civil or criminal personal liability and to provide for furnishing lawyers at state expense for guardsmen in tort actions arising from acts committed while on state active duty.

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT.) Section 37-01-12 of the North Dakota Century Code is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 12.1-32-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to sentencing of current and former members of the military.
Upon request and with adequate documentation, the director shall place an indicator on the face of an operator's license of a veteran. The veteran may make the request through the Department of Veterans Affairs.
