BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 37-07.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
