Property Tax Credit for Veterans
A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 20 of section 57-02-08, section 57-02-08.8, and subdivision c of subsection 1 of section 57-55-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the property tax credit for veterans; and to provide an effective date.

- Remove eligibility for veterans awarded VA "specially adapted housing" or thier un-remarried surviving spouse
- Remove "head of family" verbiage
- Remove disability rating percentage formula starting at 50% disabled
- Remove "disabled" from verbiage
- Allows property tax credit for all veterans or unremarried surviving spouse receiving a VA Pension
- Removes taxable valuation limit
