This position (53-38-5691) serves as a Foster Care and In-Home Services Case Manager within the Children and Family Services work unit. The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to placement of children, case planning, referral to services, documentation, arranging and monitoring visitation, developing affidavits and attending court hearings and coordination of services to families.
