HIGHER EDUCATION TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID COUNSELING TO VETERANS AND DEPENDENTS 

A concurrent resolution urging the State Board of Higher Education to develop a policy and

procedures for providing specific, tailored financial aid counseling to recipients of education

benefits under the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, and to include in the

counseling comparisons of those education benefits to other aid packages and financing

options available to the recipients.
