Ruth Meiers Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) - Grand Forks - Clinical Director**Sign on Bonus up to $15,000**Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable youth have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.As the Clinical Director for the Ruth Meiers Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) you will play a crucial role in leading the clinical programming and implementation of individualized plans of care for the youth with the highest behavioral health needs in the state of North Dakota.You will thrive in this position if you have a person first approach with a friendly and approachable attitude and can demonstrate initiative and sound clinical judgment. You will ensure program utilization targets are met through coordinating intakes/discharges, building relationships with stakeholders and audit the quality of clinical records that document the person served needs, services provided, treatment plans, and progress. Additionally, you will utilize agency templates and standards for clinical recording and supervisory sign off. As part of a leadership, you will partner with the Medical Director and Operations Director to assist in the planning and implementation of improvements in the program and provide continuous evaluation of program needs to make recommendations in program design, development, and implementation. You may also participate in a rotating on call with other directors and clinical staff on an occasional basis. To be considered for this position, you must be 21 years of age and have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or clinical field; AND two years of professional experience in the treatment of children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). Ruth Meier's Adolescent Center (RMAC) - Grand Forks, ND - Youth Therapist**SIGN ON BONUS up to $15,000**As a Youth Therapist at Ruth Meier's Adolescent Center, a 10-bed, 24/7 facility, you will provide youth opportunities to build skills to improve their functioning in their home environments. In a typical week, you will complete assessments and service plans. The main responsibility is to devote attention and appropriate supervision to the student/client during non-instructional hours. Hours may vary.
